Hi! I go through phases every month where i have a week or so of an irregular sleep pattern. It'll start when one night i have no sleep and i wake for about 28/30 hours, but when i sleep, i'll sleep as soon as i come home from school, at 4:30 to 5:30pm, wake up the next day at 1:00 to 3:00 and work/play until 6:00 when i get ready for school. This will go on for a few days (i quite enjoy it as i work thirty times better in the mornings) until about friday where i force myself to sleep late and wake up at 10:00am on saturday (in attempt to mend my sleeping pater/i have to wake up at this time) and probably sleep when i come home for a couple of hours to make up for lost sleep time. Then starting on the following Tuesday i will have about 6-7 hours of sleep most nights, as im pretty nocturnal in the first place.
I have had two or three very verry weak LDs within in my life without trying, and most nights i remeber my dreams, no matter how tired i am. So taking all that into consideration, ( i know that it is alot to comprehend ) ,will this have any affect on the chances of me inducing a LD?
Thanks
Oh and PS, i remember that sometimes on sundays and other holidays i use to wake up for a couple of hours between 2am and 6am and then sleep for a few more hours. I realise that this may be slightly benneficial for some of the induction techniques!
