My last WILD ( not completed )

I have done a BIG progress...
I will tell you how was my last WILD....it was not completed, but it's ok...

      It's 2:50 pm....
my eyes are tired(only my eyes)... I am reading in the forum about WILD...and decide to take a nap and make a try...
so I lie down on a couch, and I put a pillow on my head....to have darkness....
      I close my eyes...
      I start counting...when I reach my 45th exhalation...I start to have HH(Hipnogogic Hallucinations)....

What I start to have is :

      Memory Footprints

Memory footprints are a very common form of hallucination for the WILD techniques. They are images that you suddenly get the memory of seeing, however you don't recall ever actually seeing it. You can remember what the image looked like, even though you never actually saw it. This happens because your dream is forming in your subconscious, and when you get into a deep trance your conscious level is hovering around that threshold. The footprint happened when your consciousness dipped into the subconscious where the dream is forming and then came right back up, bringing the footprint with it.

For me, these are unconscious and random thinkings...
      but they are interesting.
from these memory footprints, happens voices, and images together....
      and then something strange happens...
in one of those HH I was goings upstairs with some men, and then I was shaken in RL....this HH ended....obviously, they keep happening, but only images and sounds...
note that when I have these, It's like suddenly my conscious shutdown for a while(2 seconds)...but ok....let's keep going...
in one HH I feel like I was moving a finger in RL....
      I wait a little more....and because nothing more happens...I wake up....do a RC....no...I'm in RL...ok...

but...you know what? I never felt Sleep paralisis...never....all of this time I felt my body....a little numb, ok...but I felt it.....
so...my question is...I was ok? How can I continue? I tried enter to a dream using visualization...but it's difficult...because when the HH happens I "when I have these, It's like suddenly my conscious shutdown for a while(2 seconds)"
and then I'm conscious again, so I can't reaction.......what happened?

maybe I must try at night....or at midnight...don't know

      in short...
      How can you help me?

      THANKS!

let's do this...I will write my questions to don't get you dizzy....

why I kept being a bit unconscious when these HH appear?
why I don't felt Sleep paralisis too much?
I'm doing ok?In the right way?

Hm..is your question specifically how to move past this short time of unconsciousness and still be able to enter the dream?

I've never experienced something like this while WILDing, but you said you were shaken in RL. I'd guess that was the cause of you losing the dream.

You also said it happens a little while after the HH kicks in..try holding your concentration longer. Don't stop counting breaths until the HH begins to fade and you can clearly see the dream scene.

nooo, I wouldn't consider that a dream, yes an hallucination, but not a dream because it wasn't fully completed ....
And the shaken...I think that was because me maybe "jumping" in that stairs, another thing I remember is that the guy that was there scared me a bit and maybe that was because I shaked...

You also said it happens a little while after the HH kicks in..try holding your concentration longer. Don't stop counting breaths until the HH begins to fade and you can clearly see the dream scene.

      ooookay...I'm doing that tonight....

do you know what I discover? I can make these HH appear by just concentrating on my breathing(not counting), and only on my breathing...without making any noise with my thinks....that made the HH appear more....
      =)

the only thing I don't understand is why I kept being a bit unconscious when these HH appear....

      so....

let's do this...I will write my questions to don't get you dizzy....

I think you may be concentrating on HH to much.
you should be at a level of consciousness where you are aware of HH, but don't become distracted by it.
I am usually in sleep paralysis at that stage.
you mentioned that you started getting dips in consciousness
      around breath 45
I think you are just at the beginning, it takes me 300+ exhales before I'm "there" and my mind is completely empty, apart from the counting and imagery etc, try to visualize the numbers as you count, it helps.

As for sleep paralysis, for me it comes spontaneously
I usually get a strong feeling of leaving my body and a lot of sound hallucinations, like people talking, whooshing sounds followed by a loud bang sending an electric felling through whole body before I basically leave my body completely.
then I fell like I'm floating, or spinning or being pulled upwards, or sometimes I fell like I'm falling through my bed,
Before I begin to see a dream form in front of me usually very unstable at first, a bunch of flashing images constantly morphing scenes etc and this is where I often try to do to much to soon and wake up. (watch out for false awakenings tho, I've had one to many at this stage)

Oh and the "shaken" felling you got in HH is very common, you just stumbled and your body's defense is to stop yourself falling, so you are jolted awake, happens to me a lot when running in early dream stages.

My advise is be calm, be relaxed, observe HH but don't dwell on it, concentrate and most of all believe

Wow, someone else has had those. False awakenings can be soooo freaky (I've only had one myself)

yea, I wake up, look around my room and say dammit I'm awake, then after like 5 min realize my room isn't the right color, or I cant switch the light on/off then
      I'm just like WTF.
Happens to me all the time ffs, most times I only realize I was dreaming whenever I really am awake, when I think back and remember the differences in my room, like the TV being there when you brought it downstairs etc.
then your like DAM I should have known lol.

OK, thanks for responses, I will try, but it's difficult, HH are very strong, they distract me a lot....
hey Zodionic...I tried counting and imagining the numbers, but it didn't work, I fall asleep xD, at like....66 ...

How can I do to stay conscious while these HH forms?

      bye

try saying to yourself "I'm dreaming" or "I'm entering my dream" in between each count, this will remind you of your goal and hopefully keep you lucid and conscious as you enter your dream.

      mmm, I failed again ...
I'm confused...I readed the tutorial "how to fail a WILD"
It says that it is recommended to not have an inner voice(talking to yourself)...
If I count and I say "I'm dreaming" I'm having a inner voice!
I know that the goal is to relax completely...but maybe I am not relaxing the necessary when counting mentally or something... it says that my mind must be blank...
so I will try again...tonight...and again..
