      Help?

I have recently nocticed that I have really good dream recall (even without dream journal). Last week I started keeping a dream journal but the problem is, I still don't know which technique to use!!!

Is there a technique that is easier for people with good dream recall???

Keep a dream journal, and start keeping track of repeating content in your dreams to use as dream signs. Check out the dream sign tutorial:

Reality check throughout the day, and especially if you come across one of your personal dream signs. The idea is you will start to recognize these dream signs while you are dreaming, and remember to reality check.

If you want to step it up a notch, start to do a Wake Back To Bed whenever you have time:
