      Does music affect WILD

      Is ok to listen to music while wilding by music I mean relaxing music. Like the subliminal lucid mp3.

      Will it affect anything.

      I few times I WILDd while listening to Eluvium it never influenced my dreams and I couldn't hear it. But it does help me stay awake.

      it either keeps me awake or i completely fall asleep.

      people who do it claim that it might help you be relaxed when you're WILDing or u might hear that music in your dream.
