      Question about WILD

Last night I tried WILDing and after a few minutes I started to see Imagery.

Here's my question, After a few minutes I started to have a seering pain shooting up my thumb.

Is that a coincidence or could that be part of the WILDing process.

I've never heard of physical pain during the process, are you sure that the WILD brought this on? Also, I'm assuming you've never felt that sensation before? I wonder if it had anything to do with the position you were sleeping in.

Though I doubt this was part of the WILD, I guess the only way to find out would be to attempt the technique again.

I found out that wilding is just focusing on your breathing and relaxing. Not how far you get, that would ruin everything.

I done it again last night and didn't experience the pain so it must have been a coincidence.
