      Wild

      Everytime i try to wild, after about 15 mins being motionless, my arm or legs will twitch every once in a while, not for a long period of time just one quick motion; my question is won't this affect my attempt to wild, if yes how to stop it.

      This happens to me as well, it's never had any affect on my attempts at WILDing.

      hmm it says there that it happens when falling asleep; but when that happens i try to ignore them and carry on concentrating but i feel very aware and not feeling to drift off and eventually give up

      You dont want to drift off. You want to enter SP and then try to LD from there.
