Hey thanks for the tips, i'll try them out tonight. Usually before I try doing a WILD i relax for about 10 mins on my back and relax my body then I reverse blink untill I start getting tired. I will definatly try the 61-point relaxation... i've heard about it before but never looked into it. |

Hi there, all I can do lately is wild, because my dreamrecall is not what it used to be... what probably happend, is that everytime you feel that wave of heaveyness(wich is you entering SP), you stop relaxing, and that , but is the most important thing, if you wil react in any way on what you mind wants your body to do your bio clock wil restart. |
