hi im new here, id like some info on WILD, like most people say is go to sleep for a few hours then wake up for a bit and the try the WILD as you have more dreams towards the end of the night, my question is can you WILD going straight to bed first thing? if so what is the differance in trying the WILD at the start of the sleep stage and WILD towards the end of the sleep stage? |

Bollocks.
If you are trying to learn to WILD, definitely do it after a Wake Back To Bed. It is very rare to be able to have a successful WILD when you first go to sleep. The problem is, you don't have any substantial dreams when you first go to sleep. Even if you manage to fall asleep while maintaining some awareness, you will be in flighty NREM dreams that will not produce any worhwhile lucids. |
