Well, if you are trying to get into sleep paralysis, or SP as most people who reply to this are going to call it, you will want to be lying down, not sitting. Also, you are going to want your eyes closed. The whole idea is to trick your body into thinking that you are asleep, while your mind stays awake. Unless you fall asleep with your eyes open, you are going to need to have them closed. Don't try and shut them tightly though. Just closed and relaxed like you are going to sleep. |
