I've had this one since i was 16 i'm now 19, I usually go to bed around 1-2am and get 6 hours sleep, i get it when i lie on my back or my knees are touching when i sleep it sounds weird i know if i lie on my side without knees touching it doesnt happen. |

That does sound a lot like sleep paralysis. Does this seem like it could be what you are experiencing? |

Sounds exactly like sleep paralysis, I've heard that sleeping on your back with your face to the ceiling can trigger it. |
