      I get up around 6:30 or 6:45, too, and rarely get to bed earlier than 11 or 12. I can normally squeeze in a WBTB or two during the week, and a WILD over the weekend. Don't worry too much about not being able to sleep in.

      I'll have to check out those youtube videos.

      there's definitely tons of videos on youtube re: lucid dreaming. so far, from what i've researched vs what i'm seeing on the videos, it's mostly just the audio/video interpretation of what's in print out there.. mixed with someone's own personal experiences. overall, pretty interesting stuff. and relatively helpful.
