Thumbs up No longer trying to control..

      Well hello there....

      *()_+

I have been on this forum for long time and everything seemed fine untill I stopped lucid dreaming "" Truth be told this only happened a couple of times, but at least I did come to the state of leaving my body conciously more than just a few times. BUT NOW...now this has stopped, I am not sure how to get back to doing so... smoking weed does not help, as this just makes me SLEEP sleep. ><

Let me know if this has happened and why to any of you lucid dreamers out there..

      xx mwah xx

Well, are you doing RCs? Are you keeping a dream journal? Doing a mneumonic phrase?

      If not, do.

If so, do differently. It is easy to stray away from keeping a detailed dream journal, to stop focusing on RCs, to lose the meaning behind the phrase...
      Bollocks.

Sorry for my ignorance but is the dream journal to be kept for all dreams?

Most of my dreams are a mish mash that i can make no sense of when I wake.

Only the Vivid or lucid(If thats what i have) make any sense because i sort of created the actions so remember them as if they happened.

Is it still advisable to write down the dream even if it has become a memory?

      Thanks.

Yes, it is, because, its supposed to help you improve your dream recall. Just write down everything that you can remember even if its just a small part

Even if the dream makes absolutely no sense, write it down.

If the dream is an old one... I would suggest writing it down. that way, you can read it later. This way, you can't lose a dream very easily. Although, I'm not sure if it will affect your recall at all...
