i dunno if this has been said before. I tried a search on here and didn't find anything.. but in a Dream or Nightmare if it gets to intense, just start blinking.. it has always woke me up, ever since i was little.. maybe someone can use this |

hmmm i remember doing that closing eye trick! |

I tend to agree with placebo, just kick the nightamares ass or dreamspin (spin around really fast to change where you are in the dream) |
|
Kicking a nightmares ass just require some degree of lucidity/willpower/courage, and it's just as easy to blink yourself awake, and get the hell outta the dream as soon as possible, because people's minds can think up some pretty damn gruesome things that you're just too terrified of to unleash your cans of whoop ass. |
|
Well, nightmares generally come from fears, guilts and a couple of other nasty emotions... |

Say the giant spider's like eating your eyes out rather graphically, and you're in the assumption it's pretty real, you're too busy having your eyes eaten and full of fear to actually wonder "is this a dream"? It's like, you have 5 seconds to live. I suppose human instict would be like "RUN", not "AM I DREAMING LOL". Or something. yeah bye now. |

Yeah, I understand, but what I'm meaning is the second you believe that thing is real, wouldn't human instinct kick in? You'd think it was real, so you'd have the fight or flight response...i guess. or not. heh. |

Well, sure... theres a saying 'Its hard to think of draining the swamp, when you're being chased by the crocodiles' |

I don't think I can have a normal dream anymore. The only dreams I've had for years are nightmares. Last night i was in this house and the interior resembled the Alamo. This madman with a beard slit my throat like 50 times. And he tried to drown me in this square pool of diry water. It wasn't that scary though. |

Here's a method to fix it, watch nauty movies for 2 hours before sleeping every night for 5 years, then you won't be dreaming of sscary stuff anymore.....unless paper or someone is in it |
