That is strange. I'm not sure I fully understand the problem. Are you saying your lucidity is at a very low level? Are you lucid at all?

To start with, change the way you Reality Check. When you do your RC, really make a point to become aware, question your state, take a moment to reflect. Maybe ask yourself a question like "How did I get here? What is my name?" You may just be training yourself to go through the motions of a Reality Check, but not actually do the useful part. Does that make sense?

Secondly, when you succeed at your RC in the dream, try to increase your awareness right away. As soon as you notice it is a dream, look around, remind yourself of who you are and what it means to dream. The problem is, you have to be lucid enough to remember to do this in the first place. That is why you have to make sure you are training yourself to do this during your waking RCs. You want it to be a habit that just happens automatically every time you RC.

      I'm not lucid at all.
anyways...I'm trying what you said waiting for results...

      let me explain it better..
False Lucid Dream = I know am I dreaming, but I don't understand that I'm dreaming...I keep not being conscious, I keep being a slave of the dream, but why I call it a False Lucid Dream? because I start to do automatic-pilot actions as if I knew(really knew, understand) that I'm dreaming...

just imagine a normal dream, about lucidity, and you saying"yeeeeeaa this is a dream, I control everything yeeeahh"
you are just part of the plot of the dream...
I think I'm going to make a little tutorial about this.....

I think that if I achieve a WILD....then I'm going to understand everything....because the problem that maybe my brain can't get it right...that's because it fills with False Lucid Dreams...

This is a good sign, it means you're getting there. Just keep doing RC's throughout the day

Just as you say, doing RC's in waking life has - so far - only made me dream about being lucid, but there might be a quicker way: Every time I do a RC (about every 5-15 minutes) I tell myself to make sure that I'm truly lucid (and not just dreaming that I'm being lucid).
This will not only trick our brain to do a RC in a dream, it will make the dream-us question its own lucidity, which should eventually - but quicker than just ordinary RC's (I hope ) - make us lucid for real.

I haven't gotten a LD from this yet, but I'm making progress
      Main LD goals:
      - Futuristic/sci-fi/cyberpunk big city
      - Fantasy role-playing game
      - Flight and other super powers
      - Use lucid dreaming as a study-aid
      - Personal development, inner peace etc

Ok, thanks for response, I'm trying what you are saying...
my RC=see my dreamsign...then"if I'm in a dream then my hands will look deformed...if so...then...C'mon! this is a dream, all of this is a dream, I'm sleeping right now!!!"

I had those dreams for like 3 months....
