When writing in a dream journal, use a pen. You DONT want to search for a pencil sharpener at 2 am. Use a faint light when writing. |

Have the determination to write something down EVERY TIME YOU WAKE UP. This is hard. This is the hardest part of learning to keep a DJ and record your dreams. They're often easy to recall when you first wake up. Keep a paper by your bed, even on your wall if you want, and write down anything you can remember when you woke up. Make sure to write down what time you woke up, too. If you can't remember parts of the dream, write down any emotions like "Whatever that dream was about, I'm really scared now." or "I woke up feeling so content and blissful." |
