So basically woke up at 1am after 5 hrs of sleep, took my first ever dose of galantamine. 4mg it was. Unfortunantly, after this I couldn't go back to sleep. I also took choline. It just kept me awake, I lied there for a half-sleepy insomniac hour! Then I went to sleep.
Any suggestions as to exactly how to use it? Like: when, how much, etc.
Furthermore, I have trouble going to sleep in general. Any tips to help me enter dreamland quicker? Like: techniques that specify meditation techniques, etc?
