      Hello everyone!

Hi everyone i'm Silver Mirror. I am new to lucid dreaming, but I would love to experience one. I have read about many ways to achieve it, so I have some binaural beats on my psp to help me, I take the B-100 vitamin which supposedly helps with LD and I try everyday.

So far nothing has happened. Well its good to be here, and i'll see you guys around the forum!

There is no B100, I think you mean B6. B6 isn't a magic lucid dreaming pill, it doesn't help unless you know how to how a lucid dream. Learn how to use reality checks, those are important. Make sure that you are actually question whether or not you are dreaming.

B-100? I've never heard of that to help with Lucid Dreaming. Where did you find that info?

Looks like B-100 is made up of various B vitamins (including B6) and other things:

Good luck with your dream experiences. "Technology" such as your vitamin and binaurals is only at maximum effectiveness when you know how to LD well without them. Happy dreaming!
