From what I have read you sound pretty experienced with lucid dreaming, and you sound like a natural! I would also suggest you go to the newbie forum and introduce yourself there.

Just remember that only real OBEs can occur during very very deep sleep...and fake OBEs are a result of being in that trance-like state before wake and lucid dreaming.
