Hello! I had several LDs though my life, most of them during my childhood. Even so, it took me a while to discover I could control those dreams (before this, I just used to force an awakening in the nightmares). As the time passed, the frequency of those dreams begun to decrease, so I begun searching the web about these. In 2007, I found some interesting websites, including DV (I just didn't register here at that time because I wasn't very confident about my english writing skills...). With me, just writing down my dreams was enough to trigger some interesting LDs I've tested some techiniques, and had an amazing success with DILD techinques, but with no success at all in WILD. My life became a bit busy, so I decided to take a break with those techniques until my life become a little calmer. Well, I feel this time had come. I had 1 (unintended) LD in 2009, and intend to increase this. I'll back to write my DJ within few days (my average dream recall is slightly lower than 1 per night...), I just need to solve some small problems involving it. Nothing too hard, of course. Also, I already have an idea of which techniques should work better for me.

Oh welcome to DV, and cool you has been doing this for quite some time then. So since you are already on your way, may I ask if your journal will be here on DV?
