Not sure..I also meditate daily. Might want to try finding out. Try not meditating for a week, see how it goes, meditate for a week, see how it goes, dont meditate for a week once more, and see how it goes. |

I am new to lucid dreaming and I am at the stage of dream recall. I was wondering, since I meditate before I go to sleep, if meditation helps improve dream recall? |

not sure about dream recall but overall meditation helps achieve lucidity and meditation is generally good for both sleep and wakefulnesses - no reason not to do it |

I agree, meditation certainly won't do any harm. In fact, meditation tends to get your mind used to varied states of consciousness. You can find that your dream recall improves if you meditation after having a dream.... |

Yeah, meditation is a good thing to get into, regardless of whether it helps your dream recall. |

According to some people meditation increases and evolves your energy body, and stimulates your energy-centers (chakras). |
