Hey guys! I'm a newbie and I've been reading about lucid dreaming for a few nights I'm extremely interested in this. I have a few problems though. I've read the induction techniques but it's still not helping. Like I have ALOT of trouble going to sleep. It takes me hours to fall asleep. So if anyone can help this it would be great. Second question is that once I'm actually asleep I don't even have dreams. I just see black for a couple seconds then I wake up to the morning. It's really frustrating and weird. So if anyone has tips or something for that then it will be greatly appreciated. My final question is, Does taking melatonin tablets help induce lucid dreams? |
