You could keep trying; choose one technique and focus on it for a while, then switch. Have you already tried this? If so, how long did you try the technique(s)? Or you could take a break and try again when you feel better about it. There's no rush, and Lucid Dreaming should never make you feel pressured and/or upset in any way. |

This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
What, specifically, have you tried so far and for how long did you keep each attempt up? |

I feel the same but have had one lucid which lasted a massive 3 seconds after trying since december |

Lucid Dreams = 1 (Awful I know)
Insanity is the minds only defence against reality
What have you been trying? What is your typical routine like? I'm sure there are ways to pinpoint what is working and not working for you. |

You shouldn't give up. I dont know if you are trying to hard or not, but in many cases if people TRY TOO HARD to have a Lucid Dream, it tends to make them not have one.. so maybe just relax, take your time, and enjoy the fact that you dream each night, and understand that eventually with time, you will have one |

The speed with which you are able to develop the skill of lucid dreaming depends on many individual factors. |
