Hey everyone,

My names Xiper. I have always wanted to explore my dreams more and the thought of this "Dream Life" was to much to bare with out checking it out. Well after doing my home work (Reading Tons of Guides) I thought I would try a WILD. Here how it went down....

1. Set my alarm to go off at 3:00 AM, leaving my next REM at 3:30

2. Slept.....

3. Woke up at 4:00 and got up

4. Used the restroom and woke my self up

5. got into another bed and started to relax. I did this by Breathing in..then out and counting too 1 in my mind. I did this over and over till I got to 300.

6. I then stopped and kept my mind at bay

Then basically I stayed there for a hour till I could spare no more time. In the end I just sat there numb..... I mean did missing my REM make that big of a impact or did I do something wrong? I didn't even get to weird feelings.

Well I'm going to try again tonight.....if you can point out any tips or any thing I did wrong it would be really helpful
