There's more than one route to take. On the site's main page, they list them. What to choose depends on your strengths or weaknesses. For example, are you already at the point where you remember you have dreamt every night and usually remember your dreams pretty well? |

Yes, very good. It means you've already gotten past the common step of needing to learn how to remember your dreams and the dependence on a dream journal. Though you could keep one for highlights and charting progress with lucidity. |
