3 In a night.

I'd gone my entire life without having a Lucid Dream and have spent the last three months studying them. Then last night, I had three of them.
I even remembered a few advanced tactics such as rubbing palms together, spinning in circles and multiple forms of reality checking like reading text and jumping into the air.
Two of them were DILDs and one was a WILD [I fell asleep saying "One, I am dreaming. Two, I am dreaming. etc]

Is it abnormal to have a gigantic spurt of Lucid Dreaming in a single night? It was the most amazing experience I've ever had through sleep, but is it unhealthy to have so many at once & so soon?

No, its how i got started. ever since iv been pretty much a natural.
also, it gets easier because now you know how they are. least thats how it was for me

no amount of lucid dreams is unhealthy

First off, congrats on the 3 LD night. Nothing about it is unhealthy so don't worry. I've had 5 in one night before and I actually had 3 yesterday. Multiple LDs in one night is especially common with WILDs and DEILDs. So, no worries, just keep it up!
