      waking up after dreams

      Last night I was telling myself to wake up after every dream before I went to sleep. I woke up after one dream, did not look at the time then told my self to wake up after the next dream. This happened 5 times last night. I was quite amazed that I did that. Will be doing that again for sure. Does help for the journal.
