My name is Tristan and I just heard about lucid dreams about 2 years ago, but just recently started to want to learn how to do them. I've had many dream signs that clearly state that I am dreaming, such as my pug morphing into a giant pug dog with really scary eyes and when it lunged at me it's faced stretched and looked really weird, another dream sign I had was my cat and it's eyes were popping out of it's head and I could see weird tissue coming out from under the eye. Most likely not possible. |

Ah, thank you. The only other thing I have to ask is if I'm in a strange or weird environment, how much experience will it take to make it become another place? |

Check out the tutorial on dream control. There are links to other tutorials that tell you how dreams are created, that will help you control them so that nothing bad happens Passive dream control is always best. |

Hi, Tristan. Remember that dreams work based on your expectations. If you go into the dream afraid it might turn weird, it most likely will. If you go in with the goal of trying to keep things from turning weird, they probably will turn weird Try to just not worry about it. Think about what you do want to happen. Have a specific, easy goal memorized ahead of time, so you can focus on what you do want the dream to be. Don't worry about what you don't want it to be. |
