      Hi

My name is Tristan and I just heard about lucid dreams about 2 years ago, but just recently started to want to learn how to do them. I've had many dream signs that clearly state that I am dreaming, such as my pug morphing into a giant pug dog with really scary eyes and when it lunged at me it's faced stretched and looked really weird, another dream sign I had was my cat and it's eyes were popping out of it's head and I could see weird tissue coming out from under the eye. Most likely not possible.

Also can someone please help me with this? Sometimes I know I'm dreaming but I'm too scared to control it because I'm afraid I might end up making something bad happen. Can someone tell me what to do?

      hey Tristan
my name is luke i had another account on here but it was lost lol dont ask how..ermmm your experience is not uncommon for beginners. All you need to do is come to the realisation that you are in no way in danger and are free from any constraits. Let me tell you my friend it would be physically impossible to harm yourself in a LD and even if you thought u were going to hurt your self the thought of the pain or fright would wake you up...

      Happy travels your friend

Ah, thank you. The only other thing I have to ask is if I'm in a strange or weird environment, how much experience will it take to make it become another place?

      Hey,

If you mean scenery change power then its best to start small. Its would be best not to try to force the world to change just yet wait abit for some more experience but instead go to a door and imagine whats on the other side and 9/10 it will be the thing you were thinking of...

      Hope this helped

Check out the tutorial on dream control. There are links to other tutorials that tell you how dreams are created, that will help you control them so that nothing bad happens Passive dream control is always best.

Hi, Tristan. Remember that dreams work based on your expectations. If you go into the dream afraid it might turn weird, it most likely will. If you go in with the goal of trying to keep things from turning weird, they probably will turn weird Try to just not worry about it. Think about what you do want to happen. Have a specific, easy goal memorized ahead of time, so you can focus on what you do want the dream to be. Don't worry about what you don't want it to be.
