      hello all!

I've been lurking here for quite a while and decided to finally register.

      I'm from Singapore btw.

I've been trying out the various techniques.. haven't really been successful yet though.

Lately I tried to LD, I don't know if this counts.. could you tell me?
A couple of nights ago, I drifted to sleep and found myself on a train. I saw that my hands were deformed and realised it was a dream..

I gained some control for about 5 seconds but I was too excited and woke up >_> funny thing was I woke up having sleep paralysis..

I've had many instances of sleep paralysis before. One of them being really frightening like not being able to breathe..

Hopefully with time you will be able to turn these experiences into lucid dreams.

      Welcome to the site!

      Welcome!

Yes that was a lucid dream but you can make them 100x better.

It is very common to have sleep paralysis when you wake from a lucid dream prematurely.

Not exactly. Some people experience sleep paralysis on the way to entering a dream. Sleep paralysis is not necessary to induce a lucid dream.
