What i mean is, i dont have anything like a sleep mask or ear plugs to help me relax, however do any of you use anything other than these, maby something in there place to help? |

i know, but i find that i get quite easily distracted by say, in the morning i when i close my eyes, i can still see some light.. its lighter anyways so i find this helps, i was just wondering if anyone used anything else. |

I do DEILD a lot, and for whatever reason, I'm successful even if I move after waking up. A lot of people say they can't move or it ruins their chances, but whatever. |
