Hi welcome to the forum ... seems you have at least some talent for lucid dreaming since you already had one or two, so that should encourage you to put some serious effort in it. The waking up in the morning and then sleeping again is a common technique by the way, called "waking back to bed". It is usually combined with either MILD or WILD, and to my experience very effective. Go search the forum for more info, its all over.
