What comes to my mind is that during sleep, if there is any condition that would somehow be able to affect your sleep (like, being quite cold), it would result in an unusual situation for your body/mind (for example it might cause you to sleep lighter and/or uneasy), and perhaps this could make you more aware during the dreams. Hence more easy lucid dreams. |

I'm a BUG. Beyond Uber God.
This has been a reoccurring event in the past but just not as high of a frequency. The previous times I thought it was just by chance, and it was usually in a 2-4 hour time frame which the DILD occurred. Xetro, I think you pretty much hit is spot on about being on a lighter level of sleep. I wish I could recreate that same cold feeling at home, but down comforters are so damn comfortable. |
