It also depends on the person. For me, I try to stay awake only long enough to realise that I am awake, and that I want to induce a WILD. I dont even open my eyes. This way, my brain/mind will remain in a quite drowsy sleepy and dreamy condition and I can perform my preferred WILD technique (what I do is I visualise myself spinning around and then just "roll" into the LD). But of course you can try lots of different ways and see what is best for you. Good luck exploring |
