      So in short...

Im trying to get into this whole Lucid Dreaming thing because to be honest... it sounds bloody awesome. but these guides are long and i tend to forget what they all say. So i've just written down the basic things and want to be clarified if im going the right direction.

      1. Dream recall - when you wake up try and remember your dream and write it in your 'dream journal' and note any consistencies.

      2. Do 'reality checks' often daily to make sure you're awake and this will lead to doing them in your dream so you can realise when you're in one.

      3. And basically do the above ones till they're drilled in your brain.

      Cheers, Jack

That's the basics of it. To really be effective, you need to make the most of your night's sleep. Try to wake up after every dream to remember it fresh in your mind. Also, if you have time, integrate a Wake Back To Bed / MILD combo into your sleep schedule. Even once or twice a week will greatly improve your dreaming.

well im 16 so i tend to sleep well, if i go to sleep at 1-2am i generally don't wake till about 8ish, then i might get up or drop off for another 2 hours. So i guess it's remembering to do it then. Last night all i can remember from my dream is walking down a corridor, then eating some chewing gum

Unlike my dad who gets up every 15 minutes
