      I'm new!

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I don't really know what to say! I've been dreaming all my life.. haha.
Well, I am wondering about something... this happens to me and it seems kind of odd to me and can be a problem.
Sometimes I have trouble waking up in the morning.. I hit snooze..then I will shut off my alarm bc I feel like I'm awake, but I just want to remain laying down for a minute before I attack the day.. and I don't think I'll fall asleep so I don't want the alarm being a disturbance. But sometimes I do fall back asleep (big surprise, huh?) The thing that seems odd to me is that it seems like only 5 minutes (maybe less, idk) before I'm dreaming again. And then the dreams are so realistic, like I'm dreaming that I'm waking up and going to work! And then I slowly wake up (without really feeling like "oh crap I need to wake up") and I feel a little confused and delusional!
Is this normal to have dreams like this and is it normal to get into dreams so fast?

You're dreams are so realistic because you woke up. You woke up so the logical part of your brain turned on, which dramatically increase your realism.

Well, if getting up is what you want. listen to mrdeano. Or, you could use the dream re-entry as a DEILD(Dream Exit Initiated Ludid Dream. Basically, just keep in mind as you are about to fall back asleep that you are about to be in a dream, keep thinking about the fact it will be a dream. And keep that thought until you do fall back asleep, then start to think, "I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming"

that is how i would do it anyway.

      Here is a tutorial:

Infact, you could even use that so that you have the power to wake up yourself. instead of falling asleep normally (which would mean you could wake up at any time), you would be in control, which could mean you could wake yourself up.
