Thanks for the warm welcome! I tried to WILD again last night, which I do just about every night, and of course I fell asleep. I think my brain is so used to me trying to WILD, that it automatically goes to sleep or something! |

Welcome to Dreamviews! Make sure that you aren't trying to WILD before hitting REM. This can be extremely difficult. I suggest trying to WILD during naps, or after a WBTB. Get at least 4 hours of sleep before attempting to WILD. Also, give this technique a shot: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42271 Helped me WILD in the beginning and also greatly inspired my own alteration of the technique. Good Luck! |
