For beginners, I would suggest reality checks and dream journaling. |

I was trying lucid dreaming a few months back, and got frustrated. Now I am back to try again after taking a break from it, determined not to get frustraded again. So I just have a quick question. I need a little refreshing so what is the best technique for beginners to use, and also some reccommended reality checks. Thank you for your time, and its great to be back on the forums again. |

Bollocks.
Welcome back to Dream Views! I suggest the nose pinch RC. It rarely fails (never has for me). Also, like Delphinus said, I suggest starting a Dream Journal. Remember, becoming frustrated can only lessen your chances at having an LD. Stay positive. I suggest before bed, convincing yourself that you are awesome at Lucid Dreaming, and you will easily become lucid tonight. Don't just say it, truly believe it. Fall asleep expecting to become lucid! Good Luck! |
