Almost every night I wake up like 2-3 times just natually. For example, I would go to bed at say 10:30, I would then wake up at 4 then maybe again at 5:30, then wake up at 6:30 to start my day. So what I am getting at here is what method could I start learning for this situation? Thanks again for the help and sorry for all the questions I'm still trying to learn some of the basics here. |

You should also keep a dream journal (if you aren't already) and write ANYTHING about your dreams every time you wake up. It might just be colors, or a person, or even just an emotion...but even these little things can help you to remember dreams that would have been lost otherwise. |

Thanks guys, I will go ahead and read up on that. I am keeping a dream journal, and I right down every dream I can remember(even if its at like 2 in the morning). Thanks again for the help. |

Yes. WBTB would be good to train using these awakenings. |

Or you could go to the store and get some Melatonin. Ive taken it since i was like 10. Its like a vitamin it promotes sleep.. its good for you.. its on the vitamin isle. plus it will help you out dreaming! its not a sleep medicine tho.. it just boosts your bodies seratonin levels! |
