      There are threads around there that cover everything from Galantamine and B vitamins to Apple juice and chocolate. There is a strange tendency for people to want to eat their favorite delicious foods in the middle of the night. Any excuse for a midnight snack, right?

      I think this is going to help alot of people. Well done!
      "My favorite reality check that always gets me lucid is looking at my hands." This one is the one i always uses. I got a chock the first time i saw my hands in a dream. Theres no way to miss getting lucid that way!

      Well, no need to start an experiment anymore. It's all there. Just read some posts and it seems that I'm going to drink a lot of applejuice tomorrow.

      Yes, the hands routine does pay off. I remember one of my first RC's in a dream where I looked at my hands and one of my hands was my alarm clock haha. Lets just say things clicked and I took off like Neo ;D
