      WILDING for noobs.

      so what ive got from how to wild is that you basicly, in a nut shell lay there in bed completely still untill you start shaking vioulently and see illusions or hear noises and then you just fall asleep? ive tried this and its not working. is there somethhing im missing?

      if your new at lucid dreaming you should start learning other things like MILD DILD or sleep for 4-6 hours wake up for 10mins or so and think about lucid dreaming and having a lucid dream or what you would do in a lucid dream then try to WILD. it is very hard to WILD as soon as you go to sleep you need to have been in the REM cylces already

      Yes but the tutorial is confusing to me or else i wouldnt of posted the topic saying ITS CONFUSING TO ME! duh! lol.

      You know, I actually think that DEILD is the easiest form of WILD. Try that

      Well, in a nut shell, you lay still until you hit SP, then you fall asleep consciously. Check out this, http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42271 . It helped me get started with WILDing. Excellent technique.
