One more change that I have had in my lifestyle in the past few days, that "might" have affected my dream recall, is lack of physical exercise. I've done almost nil exercise in past 2 weeks.
Does exercise really affects dream recall and LDing abilities? I was getting pretty good in recalling my dreams earlier, and now it has been a dry spell for a while.
