      Post Hello All,

I've been dealt a harsh hand by fate, and every moment of the waking world is just another second to remember it. After trying numerous other methods, I've determined this to be most . . . useful. It sounds like so great an experience, that I simply must at least make the attempt. In fact, I intend to try it when I do in fact fall asleep tonight, and considering I'm an early getter (and English!) it won't be long now.

For now, I hope to work on my dream recall via 'vocal' commands, and see how that progresses. Wish me luck, and I hope you all (and myself, of course) will benefit from my time here.

Edit: I just recalled, that I've had an odd thing going on . . . everything is normal for example, just in School, chilling out . . . then I have a MAJOR sense of Deja Vu. All the bells ring, and I don't THINK, I KNOW I've seen it before . . . its impossible to explain but . . .

I have, in the past, linked this to a dream. I was just sitting on a table in corridor, excused from P.E due to a lack of clothing. Two people sat across from me, conversing about homework. About Titus, and its chemical name being extraordinarily long. It was so precise, so much clarity . . . any comments?

Wishing you luck! And I'm sorry fate has dealt you a harsh hand. I hope things will get better in waking life AND that you will have fun becoming a lucid dreamer.

      Welcome to DV.

Lucid Dreaming is an amazing way to escape from reality, it is the best feeling ever, and you can do what every you want.

But, it is not easy, it requires work, but it is possible for anyone to do, so long as they work for it.

Here is a good list of tutorials on how to lucid dream, all the different techniques.

I would suggest looking at DILD tutorial and also the WILD tutorial

I would also recommend DEILD tutorial (this one is probably the easiest one, but requires time and/or patience.

As I stated, I think I'll work upon Recall prior to initiating a Lucid Dream. If by whatever chance I succeed in the latter by accident, however, I certainly won't be complaining. I don't suppose anyone can give any comment upon my edition? This Deja Vu scenario?

I have already run over the possibility of me merely thinking that it happened before upon occurence, but that is just impossible in my mind. It is so precise, so excatly the same. A sixth sense or just a misconception --- or something else entirely. This is VERY important to me, the last. Godspeed with your replies please, gentlemen.

On a more serious note, any comments would be sincerely appreciated.

Yes, I do find that thing rather interesting. Seeing as you actually wrote down your dream first, THEN saw it happen.

At first I thought this would seem amazing, and cool. But after talking to you in chat about it, I realise it may have you feeling very powerless and not in control. And I feel sorry for you for that. Which is why lucid dreaming is perfect for you. So, look at the tutorials I mentioned in my previous post, that will tell you what you need to know. Anything else you may ask on the forums, PM me, or come and talk to me in chat about it, and I'm sure there are others who would help too.
