having trouble recalling my dreams after I wake. I set my alarm for 0500 and hit the snooze twice then get up, and by the time the second snooze goes off my dreams have all evaporated. It's a bit frustrating having a good dream you want to member but it always slips away. I have tried just getting up at the first alarm and have always had an off day, something about the progression of waking in the morning helps? Any-who, Ideas please?
