      Question Hi, My first post!

Hi, this is my first post on dreamviews! I've been a lurker for a while, and then I lurked and registered on LD4all. So you could say that I'm back!

I haven't had a decent LD before, but I have been lucid. Once. I have been keeping a dream journal since May, and I think i'm getting close to one. But, i've started going into a dry spell. Can anyone help me?

      Welcome... or... Welcome back!!

If you have only had 1 lucid, then it's technically been a dry spell since then. (rather than only just going into a dry spell).

But that doesn't matter, just had to say that.

Assuming you have read the tutorials, then pretty much the only advice I can give you with the information you have given is, you need to find motivation somewhere. That helps a lot.

What technique are you focusing on? DILD? WILD? Both? Something else?

Just ask any questions you have here on DV.

Well, WILDs kind of scare me(), so I'd like to focus on a MILD/WBTB Method. Any advice?

And, the LD I had was last year, I think, so yeah.

I'd suggest looking through your dream journal for recurring themes or dream signs. How many dreams do you recall a week?

Anywho, welcome back. Do you want to ask any more specific questions? I'd be happy to help with them as would many others.

Well, usually one a night, but I'm kind of going into a dry spell. And, a recurring thing I have noticed are parking lots, so...yeah. And, I need to get a watch for Christmas, one that has a vibrating alarm.

So, if that helps with a lucid dream, could I theoretically go into my subconscious and make myself be lucid every night?
