Hello everyone. I have known about lucid dreaming for a while, but just found this website today while researching information about sleep in general. It always seemed very interesting to me, and I can't wait to try it. Of course I'm gonna have to start working on my dream recall, as most of the time I can't remember what the hell I dreamed about unless it was a really vivid dream.
Im thinking about doing DILD first which seems the easiest and then sometime try WILD which seems really interesting way to lucid.
I have one question really, when I fall alsleep, mostly when I nap/fall alseep in class, right before I enter sleep, I experience this weird spinning sensation, as if my head is spinning in circles a lot. It lasts for about 5 seconds then fades, and I fall asleep. Does this have anything to do with helping me lucid or is it a natural thing when falling asleep that doesn't mean anything?
Anyways hoping to learn a lot here and eventually have some awesome LDs!
