      Sleep help.

      For the past couple of nights its been really hard to fall asleep. I lay down say my mantra " Remember your dreams" "Do a RC" stuff like that. I do reverse blinking witch helps my eyes stop twitching. I try to let my mind wander after that but i cannot. I'm in a WILD state of mind, and i cant let my mind wander. After an hour and a bit I usually fall asleep. Last night i couldn't fall asleep and I was laying there for 2 and a half hours. I ended up taking sleeping pills =[ witch i have never done. HELP HELP please.

      Could just be a temporary case of insomnia, or perhaps your sleep schedule is out of whack? Hmm...this happens to me once in a while (usually around the full moon...go figure). I would say you're on the right track with reverse blinking and the mantras. IDK...my money is on temporary insomnia, but I could be wrong. See if it doesn't clear up in a few days.
