Eeek! Eeek! Scary Sleep Paralysis...I think?

Alright well I fell asleep on my bed on my front and suddenly I entered a sleep paralysis...I felt that someone was massaging my back and I started to giggle because it felt so ticklish! I remember seeing a dream form in my head but then the massaging part dawned on me and then opened my eyes to find myself back in reality-in my pitch dark room. Darn! I missed a chance to LD! What should I do if that happens again?
I hate it when I take off my turban and Voldemort is on my head!

      <3 Love you Voldy!

The best way to deal with HH, is to prepare before hand. Before laying down and attempting your WILD, get your mind ready to deal with any hallucination that you may get. Once you start to see/feel/hear the hallucinations it is important to stay as calm as possible. Just act like nothing is going on. I remember hallucinating during SP one time where a man was standing above me, kicking me in the ribs. I could actually feel his foot slamming into my side. I just layed still and thought, "Its not real...its fake...it just a hallucination" Soon it ceased and I was able to enter my dream. Just keep in mind that soon the hallucination will pass and a LD will follow. Hope I helped a bit, Good Luck to you!

That's not sleep paralysis. As Yoshi said, it's HH, hypnagogic hallucinations. Sleep Paralysis is when the body paralyzes itself outside of the REM cycle.

Yeah, always remember not to panic during hallucinations, as they can become worse. That doesn't go for everyone though...some people hardly get any kinds of hallucinations.
