Arrow Listening to a story before slpeep?

      Hi,

First of all I'm net here, so i dont know to much about this topic yet.

      Though I have a question:
Is it a good idea to put a story on my MP3 player and listen to it before going to sleep? will this give me the abillity to dream what the story says or will i not be able to pick up the informaition from the story?

      Thanks in advance

if the story is very interesting and you fall asleep listening to it you might, and I underline the might, get a similar/related dream.

You might dream about the story only if you really put your intention to dream about it. I listen to mp3 while in bed and it had kept me from falling asleep fast and put me in that body asleep mind awake state (Hypnagogic Hallucinations) which is good if you want to learn lucid dreaming . But it take a few practices before you can keep your mind awake and eventually you will get there.
