I think most people feel wonderful after having a lucid dream -- I know I do. After reading the descriptions of your dreams, I'm thinking that perhaps you are not fully lucid, and are almost definitely not in control of what's happening in your dreams. If you practice, you can become better at this. If you can take contol of your dreams, you should be able to avoid feeling like something bad has happened, and instead live out your wildest fantasies, all the time knowing that nothing bad can come of it. Check out the tutorials for tips on how to increase the clarity and lucidity in your dreams, and how to improve your control. Also, when you become lucid, try to remind yourself that it's only a dream, and no matter what happens in the dream, there will be no permanent consequences to you. Once you can fully accept this, relax, and not be afraid, I think you should have a much better experience.
