Welcome to Dreamviews! If you have trouble remembering dreams (which it sounds like you do), I suggest setting an alarm throughout the night, wake up and immediately write down any dreams you had. The sooner you get a chance to write down your dreams, the easier time you will have remembering them. If you wait until morning and try to recall all your dreams then, you probably won't remember much (at least until you build up some good recall). Good Luck to you! |
