      Heya

Hey there. Name's Aric, not much to say about myself in regards to a background or anything, so I won't bore anyone. =P

Anyway, my friend told me about the site, and got me interested in the site. I love dreams, though unfortunately I haven't remembered a dream of my own since around age seven or so. I tried WILD dreaming just last night actually. It didn't work -quite- as I was expecting, but it was the closest thing I've had to a dream in... Well, a while. So, I figured I should join up here in hopes of further working on recalling more.

I think that's about it, so... Yeah. Hi again, look forward to being here.

Welcome to Dreamviews! If you have trouble remembering dreams (which it sounds like you do), I suggest setting an alarm throughout the night, wake up and immediately write down any dreams you had. The sooner you get a chance to write down your dreams, the easier time you will have remembering them. If you wait until morning and try to recall all your dreams then, you probably won't remember much (at least until you build up some good recall). Good Luck to you!

Yeah, remember what Yoshi said, and also, try drinking alot of water before going to bed. Chances are you might wake up just after your REM ends.

Also, you have to write a dream journal. It helps very much. Also, calm down about it. Don't stress. If you stress alot in your life, it has a bad effect on your dream recall.

      Welcome!
