Welcome, not sure what you're trying to say, but yes, you can do anything. The only boundaries are your creativity and time, the longest dreams lasting one hour.

Be sure to keep a dream journal, it's an essential for beginners.

Dream journal for sure, like chocolate says. As far as more specific advice, you say you are a little unsure. I'd recommend you write out some specific goals for your pursuit of LDs. What do you want form the lucids? With more defined goals you will likely be more driven and have more fun.

      Anyway, welcome to the site!

Autosuggestion is very good for everything! Come up with a mantra or two to use every night before you sleep, and make sure to reality check a lot! Keep a DJ, stay motivated, keep yourself dedicated to the cause! Don't give up, all that work will pay off as soon as you have your first lucid!

      Good luck!
